Character Counts Mid Shore, Inc.
Welcome to Character Counts Mid Shore! We create numerous opportunities for people of all ages to think about the importance of good character in our society. Our projects provide various "delivery systems" to get the message out to all citizens that Character indeed Counts!

Volunteers Celebrated!
Character Counts Mid Shore recently hosted its annual volunteer appreciation dinner at The Milestone in Easton to honor the hundreds of Character Coaches who teach character lessons based on the Six Pillars of Character throughout the school year.   This celebration provided an opportunity for staff and Board of Trustee members to show their appreciation to the volunteers, school staff and guests who support the mission of CCMS.  The dinner theme was Superheroes based on a quote from Maya Angelou, “I think a hero is any person really intent on making this a better place for all people.”

CCMS receives Diversity Award

Character Counts Mid Shore, Inc. was recently honored at the ARC Central Chesapeake Region’s Annual Community Awards banquet which was held in Annapolis.   This award is given to an individual or organization who have welcomed people with developmental disabilities into their organization.
