A. JAMES & ALICE B. CLARK CHARACTER COUNTS CITIZENSHIP SCHOLARSHIP AWARD
Each year, Character Counts Mid Shore awards a number of $1,000 A. James Clark Character Counts Citizen Scholarships to high school graduating seniors in Talbot, Caroline, and Dorchester Counties. The scholarship awards excellence in and commitment to the community service efforts of graduating seniors in hopes that service rendered while young will grow into a lifetime of charitable engagement.
DONALD D. CASSON CHARACTER COUNTS SCHOLARSHIPS
In 2019, Character Counts Mid Shore debuted a new scholarship opportunity for high school students in Talbot County. The award was established in honor of longtime Character Coach, Donald D. Casson, who passed away in 2019 after over 10 years of volunteer service benefitting students of Talbot County.
ALBERT KENNERLY CHARACTER COUNTS SCHOLARSHIP
The Albert Kennerly Character Counts Scholarship Award is awarded annually in the amount of $2,500 to the overall winner of the Laws of Life Essay Contest.
